• HubSpot CRM: We store and manage contact records in HubSpot to track access requests, introductions, and communications.
• Email communications: We may send you transactional emails related to your access request or introduction, and — with your consent — marketing communications about Syno.bio services.
• Platform improvement: Anonymised analytics data is used to improve the performance and usability of the platform.

Syno.bio is a procurement intelligence platform that aggregates, verifies, and scores biopharma manufacturers across Asia-Pacific markets. The platform enables qualified procurement professionals to discover, evaluate, and request facilitated introductions to manufacturing partners.

Syno.bio is not a regulated marketplace or trading exchange. We do not act as a broker, agent, or intermediary in any commercial transaction between buyers and manufacturers. Any commercial agreements entered into between parties introduced through Syno.bio are solely between those parties.

2. Eligibility

Access to the Syno.bio manufacturer directory is restricted to corporate and professional users only. By requesting access, you confirm that you:

• Are accessing the platform in a professional capacity on behalf of a registered legal entity
• Are not a consumer or individual acting for personal purposes
• Have authority to bind your organisation to these Terms
• Are at least 18 years of age

Syno.bio reserves the right to deny or revoke access at its sole discretion.

3. Manufacturer Data Disclaimer

The manufacturer information provided on the Syno.bio platform — including scores, grades, certifications, and descriptions — is provided for discovery and procurement intelligence purposes only. Syno.bio does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any manufacturer data.

• Audit scores and grades represent Syno.bio's independent assessment at the time of audit and may not reflect current conditions.
• Certification information is sourced from public registries and manufacturer disclosures and should be independently verified before reliance.
• Unclaimed profiles contain information compiled through Syno.bio's independent research. Such profiles have not been reviewed or confirmed by the manufacturer.

Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any commercial relationship with a manufacturer listed on the platform.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Syno.bio platform — including but not limited to scoring methodologies, audit frameworks, written content, design, and software — is the intellectual property of Maverick Corp Holdings LTD and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without prior written consent from Maverick Corp Holdings LTD.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Maverick Corp Holdings LTD shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform
• Any losses arising from reliance on manufacturer data for commercial decisions
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform
• Any third-party actions or omissions in relation to introductions facilitated through the platform

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed £500 GBP.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

For users located in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence continue to apply.
